HOW IT WORKS

When you sign up, your team gets access to our project management tool and immediately is able to submit requests.
Requests require a brief description, copy, dimensions or other assets we may need and voilá!
Most projects take 48 hours to deliver*
HOW IT ACTUALLY WORKS

• One flat rate
• No Contracts
• Pause or Cancel anytime
• Membership renewal date start the day of onboarding
• Renews every month.

• Members will get access to our project management tool on Trello
• Member will provide Mkr Mkr Studio graphic elements for any of their brands.
• We offer a Trello tutorial if needed.
• Unlimited users can join and submit projects.

• Add your projects briefs to the queue.
• Each project submission is required have a description and specs for each deliverable required.
• Don't have time to write them out, send us a voice or video message.
• Note: Only one project can be worked on at a time. We are working on expanding our team, we’ll notify members when a new membership is available.
• However if a project can be placed on hold and we can move on to the next task

• Most projects are delivered for review in or under 48 hours.
• *Depending of project scope or other circumstances some projects can take longer than 48 hours.

• Revise until fully satisfied.
• If feedback is not provided within 48 hours, the project will be put on hold and our team will move onto the next project in the queue.

• Once projects are approved, final deliverable files will be stored and organized on your designated Dropbox folder.

Ran out of projects for the month? Pause your membership. We’ll make good the remaining days in your membership for up to 45 days. You can pause your membership by sending us message on Trello or email.

We only offer refunds before Onboarding sessions. We do not offer partial refunds for unused service. Subscriptions can be paused at any time.
